Commercial Documents

If you are involved in a commercial transaction then you want everything done properly.

Well drafted business documents mean that you get what you agreed and expected.   And that you can sleep well for years ahead.

Bad documents can leave you missing out.  All too often two people take part in the same discussion and leave with two different views about what was agreed.  Or where you assume things that seem common sense only to find out that the other person had nothing of the kind in mind.

Bad documents can also leave you with more liabilities than you expected.  You need to be very clear as to who is responsible for what at the end of a transaction.

I have many years of experience with a wide variety of transaction as a lawyer in Adelaide.  I have worked with many different types of businesses.  Things I have helped them with include buying or selling, leasing, mortgaging, lending, licensing and franchising… and many more
